He called my job and spoke to my manager about me going to jail soon. They asked him if I had left the State of Washington in the last 48 hours.I called them back and they keep saying they are from a Legal Department, but they would not tell me the name of it.They also mentioned they are hired by United Cash Loans. These people have called daily for the past 2 months! They always ask for "Marcy". I've had the same number for the past 15 years and there is NO "Marcy" living here. The first few times they called I told them they had the wrong number and assumed they would stop calling. Wrong! When they call (one of two people), I ask who is calling and they refuse to give me any information and insist that "it's a yes or no question, Is Marcy There or not?" These people are beyond rude. I've even pretended that I am in fact "Marcy" - They don't believe me and hang up! They make me want to smash my phone to pieces!

These people call me from different numbers saying I owe for a $300 loan from Cash Advance USA. I never have taken a loan from those people. I ask for phone numbers and dates of loan they refuse to give me any information. They just threaten me with arrests, calling me a liar, and now threated me with a law suit and filing it in California. I have a letter to go off to my State Attorney General about this. I believe this is a scam. I can not find a number for Cash Advance USA, but have left numerous request on they web site to contact me. No response. I found one complaint against them and a e-mail address I sent a request to her to contact me but so far no response Linda Mann
